Abduction

I could see down the length of the hall and it appeared that the lights were coming through the windows on all sides of the house at the same time.

At this point in time I was lying on my back.  I was very frightened.  I eventually raised myself up on my elbows.  I saw several, small, peoplelike things walking down the right side of the hall, one behind the other.

They were short with thin arms and legs.  As they approached the bedroom, the third or fourth one in the line raised his right hand up.  I knew they were coming to me.

I always thought of aliens as corny, stupid-looking, over-used and very un-scary monsters...

Of course, that all changed when I saw The Fourth Kind... One of the most frightening and chill-inducing films I have ever seen.

And now alien abduction scares the living hell out of me!
:D

My only gripe about that film is that they had the "real" footage spliced throughout.

I think it would have worked really well without it.

Very scary stuff. And super well-made film.

I think the slow, whispered dialogue from Dr. Tyler's traumatised patients was the scariest thing about it.

"It was... the worst"
"The worst what?"
"that you could... ever imagine."

Been a while. Whats your thought on Falling Skies?

hey adam,
never watched that series.
That new film Dark Skies looks interesting though.
I'll wait to rent it...but the alien has creep factor (from the trailer).

Totally what i meant. Dark Skies, not Falling Skies. The trailer has me spooked. I might actually go see this is theaters.

I had a feeling that's what you meant. : )
