Quite sophisticated : )

I should add a Tag Photo off to the side for "Leaves"...I was surprised to see how many entries I've done with the LEAVES tag.

Great pic. I could sit there all day.
I have 3 large maple trees in my back yard, but they don't drop their leaves in time for the photo shoot of my haunt.

:(

Go for a drive and steal some recycling bags full of leaves...we've even resorted to raking leaves at a nearby wooded area.

Of course, there's always a risk of other things being in someone else's recycling bags!

Rub it in Rot. What I wouldn't give to spend a leafy Halloween in the North again. Of course just the Fall, I'd want to be back South before the Winter!

Yup. I think I was I only one in my neighborhood who actually wanted leaves up on their deck. They are *the* perfect touch to any haunt :)

For my 21st birthday, I had a party with a fall/Halloween/Harvest theme. I remember asking my mom to steal bags of fall leaves from her work's front lawn. In a town of palms, fall leaves are rare. She did and we used them for the party. It was awesome. John Carpenter would have been proud!;)

I have to drive a few blocks to go pick up leaves from someone whose yard clearly reflects their firm belief that the City is in charge of everything outside their fence.

Jeez, I hope they NEVER move, or I may have to go even further to find leaves! :D

I don't know about stealing the recycling bags. While a great idea in concept...I know that sometimes when we rake our yard we accidently get a dog poo mixed in with the leaves. You just never know when that's going to happen. Definitely not something that would add to the decor ;-)

=D

Oh...I forgot...this post reminded me of a body spray scent that they used to have at Bath & Body works called Leaves. I LOVED IT!!! Of course that means that they had to discontinue it =P That always seems to happen when I find something I really like!

Yeah, I think I'm gonna start collecting leaves for the haunt this year. Gotta start cruising around looking for some maple trees.
