This is so great! Just beautifully done! We love corn shocks, in fact, we just bought some more! We use them year round to decorate our house and yard! A friend's friend used corn cobs to make a walkway path in her yard - that's on my list to do next year!

All of the farms corn shocks near me are still green and fresh. Any tips for drying them so I get that dry fall look?

I was at Big Lots yesterday and about fell over when I saw a package of corn for sale. 2 stalks not quite 5 feet high....$10.00!

My advice for green corn is to buy it green...we felt the same about ours and it was cut that day and dark green... within four days it was mostly tan/brown...now it's completely light brown.. so not too bad...
