2012 Groundbreakers

Won't have time to make any more this season, so only these three guys for 2012.

Are your ground breakers weatherproof? Without giving away trade secrets what are they made out of?

They are made with rolled newspaper and cardboard over a pvc frame screwed into the wooden base. Wrapped with heavy duty duct tape, coated with paper towels dipped in glue mache. Then painted with black exterior latex spray paint. And then hand painted with acrylic paints. So they're pretty strong, but I wouldn't recommend keeping them outside if it rains.

Number III is my fav. I love groundbreakers that are looking down. It gives them a sort of passive look which I dig.

Yeah. They sold that night.
They're now in the "Sold" section of the etsy shop.
