The Fog: Expanded Edition

Just got this cd in the mail, so I wanted to re-post the link.  Absolutely amazing to have all the missing cues from this amazing soundtrack.

The Seagrass Attack was one of those Holy Grail tracks I've lamented about for years and years - now I finally have it.

Not sure what I'll lament about now.

Got mine today to! Made a special trip to the Post Office for it. I like the track "Vengeance". I always wanted the music when Adrienne Barbeau is on top of the light house and she sinks the hook into the leper. Both cd's are simply incredible John Carpenter atmosphere. John Housemann ghost story, well enough said!

I know there's still a lot of people out there that like to own stuff that they can collect or hold in their hand, BUT, for those who want the MP3 download, iTunes has it a little cheaper than Amazon. :-)

I got it, I got it, I got it! YAY!

I could just listen to John Houseman's voice on that intro FOREVER! Such a great actor and story teller!

Thanks a bunch for the heads-up on this one!

I've been soaking in the music from the second disc (having already owned the first disc from the previous release). I'm struck by just how incredibly listenable it is as a score. I love Carpenter's soundtracks, but this one really stands out as such a perfect mood setter, creating a truly haunting atmosphere. It's SO wonderful to finally have the ENTIRE score! Thanks so much for hipping us to this release!!!
