Old photo from when I finished this guy for the Scarecrow Catacomb. I figured he would be something that Mr. Jones built which was going to eventually be a Blind Sentinel, but for one reason or another, he left it and moved on to other scarecrows. I wanted it to feel unfinished and un-whole...and stunted.

That is so cool.
Awesome work!
Thanks : )
I can imagine your neighbors explaining to visiting relatives, "oh that's where Mr. Rot lives, he has beautiful landscaping and gardens surrounding his manicured lawn... Oh and the tortured skeleton scarecrow".
Amazing as usual...even in Summer!
: D
Awesome. The detail in your 2013 haunt was really great.
After reading Mark's comment, I can picture your property well maintained with a scarecrow strategically placed in certain areas.
I bet you don't get any Jehovah witnesses at your door.
ha.
oh, we get them...we just hide on the floor so they don't see us.
Y'all are cracking me up today. I have a few small, randomly placed Halloween goodies that stay up all year long. I have a stick skellie door hanger that stays up - for Valentine's I cut out a small red heart and glued it on.
When I get Jehovah's Witnesses, I just tell them I didn't find Jesus - I found Cthulhu! Most of them have no clue what I'm talking about.
GREAT scarecrow! You truly are Mr. Jones embodied!
beautiful work, as always!
