The Car

This is one of those films I saw as a child and have really fond memories of being shocked and terrified by it. I wouldn't dare watch it again. I learned my lesson with Dracula vs. Frankenstein.

man, it didn't take much to make cars explode in the 70s.

It must of been those big V8's....they were bombs just waiting to explode!

I think I remember watching this when I was younger also, and I thought it was cool....now that I just watched the trailer,I know I was young and stupid!

I remember a specific scene in the 1970's version of The Blob. (I saw it on TV late one night, so it musht have been a made-for-tv remake.) There was a guy in a barcalounger watching tv, when the evil tomato paste starting crawling over the top of his shoulder and ate him alive! I was terrified of sitting in my Dad's chair whenever I was home alone at night after that! LOL I'm sure if I saw it now, it would be comical at best!
