Trick 'R Treating

Huge fan of this guy's work. Don't know how I missed this photo of his 2009 display. As someone who worships the film Trick 'r Treat, it's wonderful to see that ghost prop standing there.

I think that thing would cause brain damage to certain children who saw it on Halloween night.

The movement is so real.

Side note: A lady down the street from where I grew up would rock like that for hours. My father would always say "she's trying to take off."

Our Make and Take Group made these Rockin Grannies based on his prop design. It was actually quite easy to make. We had the motor part done in one day. I was not quite so happy with the movement for my own Grandmaw. It was too fast for me. I like slow and creepy.

LOVE the trick r' treat yard haunt! what an awesome idea...easily my favorite halloween movie, so it's nice to see how other people have found sinspiration from it...
