Having lived in a house that made me a believer.... Nope. Would not want it again.
I experienced one at my parents house when I was a kid, nothing horrifying. Just really weird for the first time.
So I guess I would, just as long as it wasn't trying to run me out of the house, it could keep me company while I am alone.
I would if I was certain never to move again. Resale could be a problem.
