I've had that last book, 13 Tales of Halloween, for decades. I bought it when it first came out, and it's still part of my small library of Horror and Halloween stories.
The rest of those are very cool as well.
That looks like a list I probably need to investigate.
I don't think that I'm familiar with the source of the pumpkin that went 'splat' shown here, but that image and art style is so perfect that it really seems like I need to get that way.
On the other hand, I'm definitely familiar with the '13 Horrors of Halloween' , and it looks like her copy may even have come off of a bookmobile once upon a time, too.
That book is The Pumpkin Smasher by Anita Benarde, and it is charming! Not cool enough to get 13 Horrors from a bookmobile, unfortunately...that was a 'later in life' purchase from a used book site.
