Halloween Merchandise

We were picking up supplies at Michael's and noticed some orange off to the left of the store. Tons of it. Two aisles of faux Autumn foliage, flowers, garland, mini pumpkins and crows. Can't believe it's out already. A store employee told us the seasonal truck will be dropping off holiday decor on Fridays every two weeks.

Bring it.

yup. i was in hobby lobby yesterday picking up supplies, and lo and behold, there are three fresh aisles of halloween and fall joy.

i usually complain about the commercial rush of holidays way before their rightful time, but i'll take halloween as early as i can have it!

I'm trying so hard to get into it - but this HEAT is a de-motivator. Thanks again, Rot, for keeping the blog going and helping to keep the spirit alive. I know once Garden Ridge gets their skeletons in I'll be full steam ahead regardless of temperature!!!

The only thing the heat is good for is drying mache.

That's about it.

As far as I know, my local Western PA Michael's store doesn't have ANY fall/Halloween stuff. Dagnabbit! Well, at least you lucked out, Rot :)

Well, I like that I rarely have time to miss Halloween before the decor comes to stores again! Plus, I have your blog which keeps me in the Halloween loop all year round.

I kinda like the heat. Makes me appreciate the cold so much more...

OK...I read your post and went last night. Michaels had a special 15% off sale from 4 to 8. I took my 40% off coupon and splurged on one of those huge ribbed pumpkins. They only had one. Tons of leaves, crows, pumpkin arrangements!! YIppEE!!
Me happy!

Never too early! And Rot, the one good thing about the heat is that it signals the last season before fall...that's how I look at it. I hate summer as much as the next guy, but whenever it's here, I just relish in the fact that we're that much closer =)
