The Walking Dead Blog

I'll be checking in on this blog regularly.
Pretty excited about this new series.

Incredible. I've watched A LOT of zombie films over the years, and this is the first time I'm seeing a zombie and not just an actor in makeup. It's truly terrifying. And believable.

I will also checking this blog out on a regular basis. Now all I have to do is find the AMC channel in my area and figure out how to operate my digital recorder.

that's FANTASTIC! I've always preferred the skeletonized zombies to the fleshy "Man with Headwound" variety. It also pains me to say that I think the best this was ever done was in the Haunted Mansion movie crypt sequence followed closely by the tarzombie in Return of the Living Dead(which it does not pain me to say). I hope we see loads more of these types!

That Zombie is badass! It does not look like makeup. Thanks for the link Rot.

Bye the way, I call dibs on trying to make this zombie. I can see it in my driveway, reaching up to the tots. Probably just a torso and the arms. I like how the upper part of the face is still fairly intact, but the lower part of the face is rotting away...

Cool!
Sounds great, Sam.

Its wishful thinking on my part, Im so damn busy, 3 toddlers under 3, nursing school, work, and trying to build a couple props for next year. I did get some old fence wood for a coffin, just need a few hours to build one, every good haunt needs a toe pincher.
