this is like a hitchcock thriller (not the birds either) meets "a dingo ate my baby". TERRIBLE. there'a an ep of forensic files..where a family is accused of killing their daughter & the little girl even tells her parents as she's dying that the family dogs attacked her & of course no one believes them. they are both sentenced to prison UNTIL..this other forensics hero guy comes along & does prove it WAS the dogs!! they are released from prison..but it's just too much & too late for them. their marriage falls apart & they split up. they were SO in love & now everything is ruined for them. i HATE it.
Such a great series. I saw the original series when it aired back in like 2010 or so, but must see the new added episodes still! Once I heard about the owl theory years later, I knew immediately that it explained everything - the claw mark like cuts on her scalp, the feathers in her hair, her own hair in her hands, the fact that they'd been seeing an owl on the property throughout the weeks leading up to the incident, etc. Either way, an intriguing case with many twists and turns!

terrible if this man is innocent.

That is an incredible series. I watched it when it fist came out and the new episodes continue the crazy roller coaster.
Really an amazing documentary, with all sorts of twists. I changed my viewpoint on his guilt or innocence at least a couple of times as it progressed.
