It was great watching Eric from Haunted Overload take the grand prize on the Fright Fight.
What wasn't shown was that he turned the cash prize over to his favorite charity. The guy's awesome.

It was great to watch. I've now put Haunt Overload on my Halloween bucket list :) What an amazing person to give all of the money to their local animal shelter ( I belive that's what I heard).
It was good to see other fellow haunters get recognition too. There are so many talented haunters out there.
Awesome. Does anyone know if/where I could watch this online? I didn't get the chance to catch it on TV.
D, I know I was out the night it was on, something went wrong recording it abd I ended up watching it on hulu.
Huzzah! Thank you Jeff!
I read that they donate a lot of their earnings each year to the humane society. I hope one day I could do something like that so that people like me could adopt complete bumpass hounds like we adopted.
I love the year we went to Haunted Overload and got to stay after the crowds left and wandered the quiet, foggy, Halloween-perfect acres.
*Sigh*
D, : )
Hope you like it
Eric is a class guy, happy for him/them.
I'm glad that there was a show about us haunters. And it's cool that Haunted Overload donated the prize to charity. But I wish it had only been home haunters. I don't think Haunted Overload should have been included, since they are a commercial operation.
Kinda agree with screamin. Overload is amazing, but its not even at his home anymore, and with upwards of 7000 attendees, they crossed over to professional haunt a few years back! Still he gave the money to charity and I cant say that the others would have done the same. So the decision was a good one! Hollywood Haunters was great but if you watch there videos on YouTube they are the most disgustingly sweet couple you'd think they lived in the twilight zone! I think its a cover and they really do keep a few trick or treaters each year to eat! Never seen people so darn happy!
Nice! Tell us more! And how'd that happen? You and been play the celebrity card and say "do you know who we are?" I'll be making the 3 hour trip next season! There's something special about Halloween in New England.....Sleepy Hollow....Salem.....cool autumn nights!
Eric is such a great guy, glad to hear Haunted Overload received the prize (like Jeff and HalloweeNut, my DVR decided I didn't need to watch this. Argh!). One day, I WILL make the pilgrimage to Overload. Just so incredible!
