Yeah, it's very cool. He set up a set inside apparently. Theo, you're very talented!

loads of talent.

Totally. I thought it was a Bucky skeleton. That's amazing paper mache skills.

Reading this post totally made my day! Welcome back! :)
I've always been a huge fan of all things Marrow and this offering is simply wonderful. I love the sad, forgotten look of this prom queen. Tragic and beautiful at the same time. She is lovely.

Lovely Bones..SO Pretty!!!

https://www.unbelievable-facts.com/2014/12/400-year-old-jewel-encrusted-skeletons-unearthed-in-churches-across-europe.html

i accidentally came across a book on this a few yrs back & HAD to buy it. also went to a "mummies of the world" exhibit, a few yrs back at The Franklin Institute & got to see a few that were jewel encrusted...the exhibit inspired Donna so much that she made a few for her gallery.

i LOVE the jewels. SO sacred.
History is channeling you Theo.

girl6... I found the EXACT same thing photos when I was working on this project and I too was completely blown away... so I ordered a copy of the book for myself too!

awesome that you connected the dots there (the jewels I used were perhaps not quite as valuable as those in 16th century europe though)

and thanks HEAPS, Pumpkin5. tragic and beautiful was always the goal so I'm thrilled that it came across.

Theo..the jewels you used "might" not be quite as valuable as the ones used in 16th century europe, but, your sleeping beauty sure is as lovely tho, if not more so. some people bring fairy tales to life & you bring them to death. BIG love. : )
