Wonderfully grisly. The maker really nailed the sunken and rotting look.
I love the way it seems to be made of a hornet's nest.

Oh yeah, he does have that hornet nest look to him. *shivers* Yuck. Yuck in a good way. I also like how his limbs end with brush. Much like a traditional crow. I can see him with a line of crows sitting with him. Very cool! Kudos to the artist!
