I would love to have it - the graveyard really sell the property.
My favorite part about that is how entirely backwards it all reads to me...I'd be FAR more likely to be questioning the proximity to (and completely unobstructed view of) the living.
I'd move in in a heartbeat. Having your own cemetery wouldn't bother me in the slightest.
