The Oddities & Curiosities Expo

On the first cool(ish) day of the summer, we ventured to an Oddities & Curiosities Expo.  I was very impressed with the number of vendors and the strange piles of twisted things for sale.  There were rows of tables with rusted metal, bleached bones, taxidermized fur and feathers, specimens drifting in small jars, and loads and loads of dark artwork.

We visited the neatest shop today in New Hope, Pennsylvania.  It was like the antique shop in the old Friday the 13th tv series.  So many amazing items.  Wanted to bring them all home.

The Weeping Glass

Never visited this neat shop, but it appears to be the store featured in the old Friday the 13th tv series from the 80's...  The Weeping Glass is a true Oddities & Curiosities Shoppe.

I always wanted to work in this store...

They are in the process of moving to a new location, so I wanted to feature them as I brew some of their fine hot elixirs on this weird windy snowy day.
