Looks truly stunning, love that back wall, reminds me of wooden cut out tombstones I've seen pics of, real ones. Provocative and breathtaking display, absolutely gorgeous, but terrifying nonetheless.

And um....THEO, you've been holding out on me!!!

Amazing! Exquisitely detailed as always. You make me want to do my own display outside next year (even though no one would see it).

Spectacular. So much to see in each pic. Layers of props. Love the lighting color choices really makes an impact and sets the mood and tone. Must feel so creepy walking into it. Great Idea for the religious candle lights where the heart is on those figures. Astounding achievement once again Rot. Awesome awesome awesome.

Wow, this is truly amazing! I was hoping you and Theo were going to collaborate when he was visiting the states. Can’t wait for more pics and stories, of course!

So stunning. The story and characters are perfectly clear. Beautifully macabre and superbly executed. It’s definitely a departure from what I usually see in your work but keeps the same elements and style. I hope to see more photos from this display. Do you keep this for trick or treaters or do you change it up?
Happy High Holiday, Happy Hallowe’en, Rot!

Well done!
I can't stop hunting the details in each pic. The backdrop, crowns, postures, robes, rosaries, incense burners, devotional candles... I could look at this for hours.

Yes, the figures with the sacred-heart-esque candles... absolutely stunning!

Will you be burning a little frankincense and myrrh?

Effing WOW! Happy Halloween to you guys! Always a delight to see your haunt!

Thanks so much, everyone.
Been a crazy few months getting all of this ready.
We worked for three days to get it set up. Couldn't be more pleased.

Each incense thurible is loaded with real Frankincense on a charcoal.
Smells really neat.

So far no one has been offended.
So that's a plus.

Absolutely WONDERFUL.
And how great it is that you had a special guest helping out this time. Kudos to him.

I have been following your blog for 15 years now? Each year your design tops the one before. It’s like watching my child grow. :D

Happy Halloween.

Really like this! In the bible belt here, my neighbors and HOA would probably go into hysterics though.

Just jaw dropping as I have said many times about your work! Love the look of each one and those skull kinds/ holy men? Just amazing! Those crowns are the bomb in detail work. I could go on and on about your work, think I will go back to the pics and stare for hours, lol consider this mind blown, once again! Thanks for sharing!!!

Stellar work once again! As many have said, you have out done yourself. Your attention to detail on every aspect of the scene is what sets you apart. The lighting again is some of the best I have seen, brilliantly done.

Theo demonstrated himself a talented haunter long ago. I am jealous of both of your talents. I can’t wait for the story of how you worked together on this haunt.

Bring on more pics!

WoW! This is incredible! Soooooo spooky! And something really new and unique! I have always found religious iconography to be pretty unsettling, and this takes that to a whole new level! Gorgeous!!!
