The place where there is so much creativity that it's probably dripping from the ceiling and walls haha.
It must be so inspiring. Surrounded by all your creations watching as new creatures are created through you. Starting with putting together the individual components through to the final painting.
Do you actually have fixed seasons or days of the week when you build the props?
It's nice having them around for sure. I don't really have any pattern to building my props. I typically will start in April and just work casually, but then as June approaches I end up being in the basement a lot. By July, I find myself working a little each night of the week.

The basement shots are always enjoyable...there's just something about seeing them hanging out down there that's so perfect.
As an added bonus, thinking about the random tradesperson going down to work and encountering it for the first time never fails to make me smile.
Haha it’s always uncomfortable when strangers go down there.
There was something fungoid in the oily brown skin, something in the clumsy deliberation of the tedious movements unspeakably nasty...
Glad to see you saved him. That is one of your older props that never quite made it into a display, just plenty of photo shoots.
Yup! I dig having him around
I wonder if repairmen talk about you.
Like your banned from Angie's List!
Haha
Hope so!
