This song came on during a nice drive last weekend and we couldn't get enough. Turns out it's from a composer named Mort Garson. He released an album called The Unexplained back in 1975 under the name Ataraxia. It's a perfect addition to our Halloween playlists. With track names like Tarot, Sorcerer, and Astral Projection, it's like a strange horror soundtrack from the 70's that you'd find playing on some late-night radio station.
Let's pretend today is Friday (and that I'm not going to bed by 9:30ish).
By Juno Reactor and Eternal Basement (song gets really great at 3:30).

Not sure how I would describe this video or song, but it's extremely cool and mesmerizing. I'll leave it at that. Been a huge fan of Juno Reactor since the 90s, so it's great to see a new release. All three songs on the new EP are fantastic.
It has a slow burn beginning (which I love), but it really gets going at the five-minute mark.

Huge fan of this group. So much of their stuff is massive, and dark.
