Saturday Fun

We hit up a pumpkin farm in the morning and then visited a favorite town in these parts for their annual Oktoberfest.  And we even managed to find some Graverobber Unholy Rye Whiskey from Art in the Age.

Below are some photos we took.

Autumnal Equinox

Happy First Day of Fall, everyone.  I feel like this autumn season is FLYING.  My dad was right when he used to warn us that time speeds up as you get older (and more miserable).  Made a corn stalk run last night and will be doing up the porch this weekend in the cooler temps.  I swear unto GOD I will savor this stuff and slow time down whilst I do.

Saturday

Finally having some nice Autumn weather, so we went for a drive yesterday and stopped at a favorite shop in Bucks County - Bountiful Acres.  Unfortunately, the Christmas decorations had already pushed out most of the Halloween, but they still had some hanging around the shop and they had a ton of pumpkins and gourds.

Saw this on the way...

Pumpkin Patch Update

Hopefully the cooler weather we're having will give these vines a chance to grow some fruit.

A gourd vine growing up through the Scarecrow.

The only pumpkin at the moment.
The first gourd (not sure when to harvest it).
