Anyone out there own a turntable/record player?  I remember using one when I was a kid and there was such amazing charm with the crackle and hiss.  I remember 8-tracks too, but those were a pain.
I see all these insanely cool record releases yet I know no one who currently has a record player.

I think I want one now.  It'd be wonderful to play The Shining soundtrack on it with all the windows open on a cool Autumn night.
