looks great! I wasn't sure about the bony things sticking out of her shoulders (in the last pic) but it looks fantastic...should have known better than to doubt your exquisite artistic sensibilities!
Great job! You should maybe consider turning that arm into a marionett type of pupet arm. By the way is this the skull you use for groundbreakers? Because I am having a lot of trouble with finding a base for my groundbreakers' heads. This wraping-a-styrofoam-skull-in-tin-foil-and-macheing-it thing isn't working so well. It takes too long and it's a pain. Any suggestions? Anyone? Everyone.
My current groundbreakers have heads that started out as a mache coating on a plastic skull...I peel it off when it's dry and then re-build it to get corpse-like features. It's not the best detail when it comes off, but it's a good starting point and way better than starting from scratch.
I'd recommend a plastic/foam skull to anyone building a groundbreaker. Save the mache mold for later experiments. It can be very frustrating to work with a mold with limited features.

: )
I like how you just took a store bought skull and turned it into a creepy masterpiece. Just wonderful!
(Maybe I should just send you my bucky torso and let you have your way with it....)
The hand took it to another level. Gonna look great with her cloak.
I really really appreciate that you are posting these progress pics of this witch. Its like a birth of a child and watching them grow....
Does this mean there might be a How To page in the future? I would even settle with a progress page...LOL
Perhaps... ; )
Coming along quite nicely! I echo Noah's desire for a "how to"! In fact, I'm game for such a demonstration for pretty much ANY of your creations!
