Thanks a TON for snapping this photo.  I called my local Target and they said "Yep...we have that movie here."

Ah yes. Soon your scarecrows will have all drawn to their big screen TV's and make all of them your drones.

Awesome. Still haven't had a chance to watch this. Now I need to go see if it's on the shelves yet. Very exciting stuff, man!

hahahaha.
yes, i'll try & cover the Philly area. : D

i'm going to snap a pic of the Mr. Jones title card (plastic divider at FYE), in the horror movie section of their stacks.(every movie has one) thought it would be a neat thing for you to have. oh & i'll take a pic at the other FYE store in the Gallery Mall.

when the Free Library gets a lending copy, i'll snap a pic of that too.

have you started a Scrap book yet?

I brought it to work to show people the dvd and the two unimpressed comments I got were:
1. Oh..you were serious about that?
2. It's a real movie? There's talking in it?

Yes. It's a talkie.

So i appreciate the enthusiasm : )

Ohhhhh & maybe other peeps can take pics too!!!

All photos welcome : )

You know, I actually don't have a single location for all my Mr Jones material. The script is somewhere...a sketchbook of drawings I sent the director... most of my dealings were online with the director and production folks..and on the phone.
I really need to lump that stuff together.

Seriously..thanks a ton.

You're Welcome dude!. :)

heyyyy..do like a Guillermo del Torro style (collection) journal, cool sketches, ideas, pics, etc. they can release copies of it with the Special Edition Version, you know, along with the commentary....<333333

I can't wait to see this. I'm half wondering if you managed to implant a signal in the scarecrows where if you watch the film the viewer's head explodes in a shower of bugs and snakes. If so, kudos!

Somewhere in my phone I have a pic I snapped off our dog, Maisy seated in front of the tv, head tilted to one side during the first basement scene. I very excitedly showed my wife who was unimpressed. She does like The Tinies however.
Baby steps.

Rot, I would be going to random stores just to stare at it :)

It's next on my list after Only God Forgives!

Workers are like that. I told a couple of (former) co-workers I got into an international art show and got a "meh" reaction, too.

What's awesome is there are people here who understand what an accomplishment this is; that the underdog haunter/Hallowe'en freak got to "Hollywood" through perseverance and hard work and refusal to stop what he was doing because the "normals" didn't understand why Hallowe'en is not one day out of the year.

The important people KNOW. And we're sitting in the dark, watching this movie, and breathing "cooooooool," like we haven't since we were kids.

Thank you.

OK, now I am really off to Target and will snap a pix if it's there. Seriously, this could end up being a coast to coast endeavor.
