These are absolutely wonderful. If you look close on these props, you can see the time and detail put into these.
They almost look like friendly greeters, but the Strawman probably has other intentions. :D

ALWAYS look forward to coming onto this blog first thing Halloween morning to get me jumped started for the day.

These pictures are fantastic! The details on Strawman are pretty unreal! I love the green lighting, the beautiful jackos. Everything. SO many details to look at. Absolutely love it!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! So incredibly inspiring! Every year of doing my haunt I swear it's the last freakin' year I'm doing it.....and then I see what you've come up with and I'm pulled right back in. Your work is a huge part of what keeps me sticking to it and has been such a source of inspiration. You are magic, Rot! Thank you!

Amazing as usual! Love the way the straw man is hunched over the fire like he could just jumpo and and chase you down.

The black and white photo of Strawman with his cross behind him is perfect. He's a creepy dude. Happy Halloween!....2 days late hehe

Looks great, as always! Glad to hear you had a Happy Halloween!

The Strawman's story is fun to think about. He looks very contemplative - like he is in deep thought about his next move. I like the minimal aspect of this year's haunt Rot. Ditto what Marrow said. So glad y'all had a good Halloween and kudos to Mrs. Rot!!

This may very well be your creepiest character yet! His pose and the setting bring it to life. ... I think this one may be my favorite, at least in the top two!

Not that anyone has asked for it, but in my humble opinion this is your best work to date. The depth and level of detail is amazing. I'm really floored by this, considering that you considered it a kind of scaling down.

Completely in love with Strawman.

I'm new to your blog. Anyways, these pics are amazing! It would be crazy to see your yard haunt in person! I'm currently working on a skeleton made from driftwood right now. Thanks again for posting these mind-blowing photos!

I’m a stick-man,
may I haunt your humble home.
I’m a solo-man,
twine me together and leave me alone.
I’m a ghastly-man,
with no flesh, no heart, no bone.
I’m a lonely-man,
with no field to call my own.

As my fire dims and fades,
the pumpkin-crows call my name.
The first glimmer of light appears,
no matter it is just the same.
For my time has come and gone,
now I must return from which I came.
For I am the stick-man,
and I will never lower my head in shame.

Greetings from your admires at Shallow Grave Cemetery

As a lover of Halloween since I was a little girl in Australia and since moving to the US a few years ago and am now fully able to enjoy Halloween. I have to say all of your creations make my little black heart extremely happy. I am in total awe of all of your hard work that is put into every tiny detail.

I am fairly sure we are in the same state, I just wish that one day I could stumble across your display and be awe of it in person! I look forward to seeing what is coming for this year.
