Revisiting Revenant Manor

Here's to all those folks who create a cemetery on their properties come each Halloween.  Temporary undertakers, funeral directors, gravediggers, ... Morticians.
Tending to plots of unrest and horror, with unholy moans and groans, flashes of lighting, unusually thick fog...  and, of course, the Undead.

Whenever I see a beautiful artificial cemetery, I am always deeply impressed with the amount of time such an undertaking must require.  It's staggering to me.

One of my personal favorites is the hallowed ground of Revenant Manor.  So much detail... so many beautiful props.  The atmosphere is off the charts.

This place is awesome. Makes me wish I had the time, skill, and space to do something similar.

It is a very cool cemetery. I love the use of the drapes.

Love when a projection is used as an accent - totally transforms the atmosphere!

He's a magician for sure. So many elements coming together. Those projected hands are so neat.

Appreciate ALL of the kind words, Halloween People!

I have to say that as we are heading into the dreaded summer months, and everything here is distressingly lush and green, it's nice to see these photos of the bare spindly limbs, the carpet of crunchy orange leaves all over everything, and the house with it's Halloween costume on.

I really can't wait until it can all look like that again...

Ahh, Revenant Manor - on the bucket list of home haunts I'd like to visit one day. It is the highest form of haunt artistry. Each element created is a masterpiece. This haunt is a testament to the beauty of sticking to a theme tooth and nail. Thank you, Rot, for writing a fitting tribute to this gorgeous haunt.
