Before I die, I'd love to design and build a Ghost of Christmas Yet To Come costume for a stage performance of A CHRISTMAS CAROL. I'd make sure it was at least eight feet tall.

yep. i'd make it even taller than that with a whole lot of detail, and easier to wear. that thing was terrible because all the weight rested upon the head of the person underneath and not on the shoulders like it should have.
my poor bro wore it. i made black "booties" which were essentially black pillow cases over his shoes and calves tied off with strings.
it was like an iron maiden.
That is great! I can't believe you made that. Well, I can. Impressive. Something taller would probably cause me to stop in my tracks.
Growing up watching Scrooge def. scarred me as this is still one of the most classic frightening 'ghosts' ever. So...you can make this and wear it to go with your Christmas door. :)
