WOW. I LOVE this. Beautiful.

Something about that third one. Like you can tell it's a sunset in the fall, and not any other time of year.

Great post, and I like Conor's comment a lot.

The other photos in his gallery are pretty amazing.

Looks like a field with high grass is decorated with tombstones and lighting. Must be incredible to see in person.

Thanks for including me in your blog.

Most of my pictures are from Ravenwood Cemetery as a charity haunt at a local Friends School and some are as my home haunt.

I love your stuff too!

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments.

Our charity Ravenwood Cemetery started as an open grass field, which we let grow for two months to give the abandoned cemetery look. I cut a crooked pathway with my lawnmower. We ended up with a 3 acre cemetery, complete with "iron" fence & gate, tombstones, mausoleums, statues, and a haunted caretaker's house.

Lighting is from 1400' of light strings with 5 watt, 130 v. bulbs every 10', providing a dim uplight on the closest tombstones to the path. The other tombstones got the dim light from these light strings, fading into the blackness.

We performed 13 real ghost stories borrowed from various cemeteries around the world in the evenings and read ghost stories and Halloween poems for children in the afternoons (no actors).

The thrid picture was taken just before we opened on October 15th.
