Makes my teeth ache just looking at it!
There's whoopie pies in PA? I hadn't even heard of them until I moved to Maine. I figured it was a Maine thing... Right along with Seadog Biscuits! They are EVERY WHERE up here. Gotta say though, I have never seen them at a Dunkin' Donuts!
