The Halloween School Bus Massacre

It happened thirty years ago, on a late Halloween afternoon.  A school bus was on its usual route, but this wasn’t your typical school bus… and they weren’t your typical kids. There were eight of them, and they were… different… troubled… disturbed.

"But that day, the driver took a different route."

What a great concept and shot! Somehow, the horror, innocence, and 'blissful ignorance of what is to come' is all perfectly captured here.

And, while there is a lot of awesome packed into that small frame (for example, the PERFECT positioning of the bus), for some reason, that bag detail is absolutely slaying me.

A greasy oversized lunch bag was something that I felt had to be there! To make it more real! SO glad you dig it!

So Great! I know that mask came out recently. I’m on the lookout. My Spirit store didn’t have it. :(

Thanks!
Yeah, I got that cool mask as an awesome gift and added some detail to it with mache to make it more screen accurate.

We watched this in the theater last week. It was great to finally see it on the big screen. I am sure you are sick of hearing this, but I am so glad you have returned. Happy haunting my friend.

Loved it on the big screen!
Hey, I really appreciate that a lot. It's very nice to be back.

I wonder what the school bus driver was thinking when he saw the devil "Oh crap I forgot to drop the kids off at the abandoned quarry".

Probably that I was nuts.

Thank you!
The mask was a super thoughtful gift and I REALLY appreciate it. And it was fun coming up with the concept that day when you visited. A great memory.

You took this photo? It's not from the movie? I know I haven't watched it for several years, so I honestly thought this was a screen shot from the film, amazing.

YUP! It's mine! Figured we had a right to see those kids on the bus stop!
THANKS!
