Temps in the 60's at the moment, going up to 81 today. Not too shabby. Clove incense in the garden, windchimes gabbing away, and all the windows open.
And the garden has never been so full.
I was never one to dig on Summer and saw it as a thing to wait through like a long drive on a bus with a broken air conditioner. Porch sitting, gardening, a cool wind off the ocean, and the late-night sound of summer bugs high in the trees have forced me to reconsider that. Kinda like opening a window on that bus and realizing there was a nice breeze out there all along.

A quiet place with a view of your own garden is pure medicine for your soul. And damn, I love your coffee cup.
haha thanks! Great mug design!
And, yeah, the porch really is an oasis. We never take it for granted and are out there a lot.
Garden looks great! Gardening is my therapy...I especially enjoy weeding...just puts me in the moment and I find it very relaxing.
Thanks! And you’d love it here: SO many weeds!
Nice looking garden! It felt decent this AM, not much humidity at all.
Thanks!
What lovely weather - perfect for some time on the porch.
