Terrain And Gin

We went to a Ghost concert (it was bananas) on Friday night (will be blogging about that soon), but Saturday was spent Halloween shopping in the morning with a super neat gin-tasting party in the evening.  We started out the morning at an incredible nursery called Terrain (a local sister store to Anthropologie).  The Halloween decorations for sale were stunning.  And their cafe was amazing.  A pretty perfect day.

Definitely heading back there when the pumpkins arrive, as the place seems to be made for the Season.

A trip to the Jersey shore on a gorgeous breezy Sunday finished off the weekend.

Tons of photos below from Saturday...

Every aspect of that Saturday activity looks and sounds amazing.

Definitely looking forward to the details on the Ghost show! I was hoping to catch them this year, but we didn't get a tour stop.

The closest show on this tour is in South Carolina tomorrow night, and I just couldn't generate the oomph required. It's three hours one-way, and an outdoor amphitheater in the deep south in August...

Personally, I think GHOST are overrated, I bought their first CD when it came out, and was massively disappointed by it. Your Saturday stop looks very cool, I like the tin haunted houses and crypts. It's almost September, so it's very close to being Halloween season.

What an inspiring store! I'm in LOVE with the root/Spanish moss light fixture. I could spend most of the day there.

Looks like a great time! Love the store and the wassail! That makes for a great cider! Speaking of Gin.. have you tried Empress 1908? It's a nice gin with certain botanicals and flowers that are introduced into the gin basket that colors it a nice bluish purple. Check it out, as with alot of Gin I buy, ill mix with sprite or ginger-ale and garnish with a orange.

That is so funny because that is the one that is pictured on the table in the second to last photo. That one was our favorite.
