I've never tried flavored vodka of any kind, though if they sell the green olive variety, I'm all over that (currently [and apparently] too lazy to check).
A Vine On A House
About three miles from the little town of Norton, in Missouri, on
the road leading to Maysville, stands an old house that was last
occupied by a family named Harding. Since 1886 no one has lived in
it, nor is anyone likely to live in it again. Time and the disfavor
of persons dwelling thereabout are converting it into a rather
picturesque ruin. An observer unacquainted with its history would
hardly put it into the category of "haunted houses," yet in all the
region round such is its evil reputation.

Halloween At High Noon: Way Of The Wicked
The latest from High Noon records was just released today and it's fantastic. If I had it my way, all those Halloween party cd's...those predictable tired old fossils with Thriller and the theme from Ghostbusters on them, would be replaced with the Halloween releases from High Noon.
I just couldn't recommend these albums more highly.

Wake
This is really fun.
Reminded me of those old photos when families would have the casket of the departed (and the departed) hanging out in the living room.
The dark version of this would be very cool.
Ipomoea Alba
Sometimes called moonflower, moon vine, or antisocial flower.
Only open at night, and dead by morning.

Suspiria
Whatever thou canst call thine own!
Thine image, stamped upon this clay,
Doth give thee that, but that alone!
Take them, O Grave! and let them lie
Folded upon thy narrow shelves,
As garments by the soul laid by,
And precious only to ourselves!
Take them, O great Eternity!
Our little life is but a gust
That bends the branches of thy tree,
And trails its blossoms in the dust!

Black Phoenix Alchemy
Whenever I go to this site, I feel three things:
1. I wish computer monitors came with a small scent-port so I could sample these things.
2. I think this site is the online equivalent of going to a haunted mansion.
3. I feel like if I order something I'm somehow an unknowing member of an online cult.
Something's just OFF about it. And that's not a bad thing. Just a vibe I get. I trust my vibes.
Anyone ever order from these guys?

Act 4, Scene 7.
There is a Willow growes aslant a Brooke,
That
shewes his hore leaues in the glassie streame:
There with fantasticke
Garlands did she come,
Of Crow-flowers, Nettles, Daysies, and long
Purples,
That liberall Shepheards giue a grosser name;
But our cold Maids
doe Dead Mens Fingers call them:
There on the pendant boughes, her Coronet
weeds
Clambring to hang; an enuious sliuer broke,
When downe the Weedy
Trophies, and her selfe,
Fell in the weeping Brooke, her cloathes spred
wide,
And Mermaid-like, a while they bore her vp,
Which time she chaunted
snatches of old tunes,
As one incapable of her owne distresse,
Or like a
creature Natiue, and indued
Vnto that Element but long it could not
be,
Till that her garments, heauy with her drinke,
Pul'd the poore wretch
from her melodious buy,
To muddy
death.
