Clone

Was asked to make a duplicate of a previous corpse I offered and sold on the Etsy shop. Never did that before. Very strange to make a set of twins.

Here's the original.

(Ok, maybe fraternal twins.)

How long does it usually take you to complete one of these from start to finish? I keep getting side-tracked so it's taking me forever to finish the three I'm working on right now... maybe tomorrow, haha.

Looks great, by the way!

Nice. I like that you didn't do an exact duplicate. They're like snowflakes. Big, gruesome snowflakes that want to eat your flesh.

Grim, it's hard to tell because I do the same thing. I work on a couple props at once usually and let them dry completely for a couple days. Then paint a base coat and let that dry for a day or so. The crafting of the figure is usually done in one sitting while watching a couple horror movies : )

That sounds about like me. I could probably get them done in about 3 days if I really tried, 1 day for the heads and "skeletons", another day for the skin part, then one more for painting.
