We hit up Target today. A bunch of fun stuff. Seems like this year's theme is Monsters.

like i said.... our target STILL got nothing
Ahhhh!! Is that Jones Halloween/Fall flavors???
Ooooh, my kids and I are planning a trip to the local Halloween Express store, Party America, and the Mall Halloween shop tomorrow, we'll have to add Traget to our list of stops.
When I was last there they hadn't finished putting out all the stuff yet. I did get some of the Jones Blood Orange soda.
I'll have to go back and look for that Devil nutcracker!! I want it!!
No matter how hard I try, I cannot get into different candy corn flavors. The family doesn't like anything other than the original either.
Those lanterns are sweet. I bought two and filled them each with 7 LED flicker votives I found on sale at Lowes.
Our Target left us feeling like "is this it?". It just didn't seem like as much as prior years, maybe they'll get more. Walmart was the same, they had candy and costumes, but not much for decorations and such.
Definitely a great collection of items this year.

That strobe light was the same type being sold at Michael's ...with the great sound effects of ghosts.
I agree with Captain. Target seemed rather 'blah' this year to my wife and I as well. For once we were in and out without buying a single thing. Same goes for Hobby Lobby, which severely cut back on the Halloween merchandise this year. For my money, TJ Maxx is the place to be for Halloween this year - with Michael's in a close second.
