She looks like a real sweetie!
Jesus, those eyes... Gonna see them in my sleep tonight.
She's really quiet during the day. At night she kinda walks back and forth the full length of the attic.
Everyone's situation is different, but I find that I get a lot less attic noise if I toss a few extra fish heads up there around sundown...

If she has some free time. Ask her to make some with jars to cover her part of the rent.
