"The Highways Agency is forcing Arundel Gallery Trail to remove the sculptures from the A27 roundabout only ten days after they were installed because of concerns they could cause an accident."

The artist seems really upset. I'd take it as a compliment.

Oh bother, I work for the Highways Agency and all! We've put all sorts of sculptures by the side of the road I guess in that case they should take the 'St Helen's Dream' down as well

Seeing that from the motorway can be really weird but I'd like to see them [us] try.
