Reminds me of an ancient clown-headed gumball machine that stood for years'nyears outside the now defunct Party Shop in Sherman Oaks CA. Still have the shop's business card- owner's name was King Baggot (like the silent film star.....weird since they didn't close their doors until 1999 (if it was the actor, that Baggot guy was probably in his early 100s by then).
Anyway, this trash can clown (also the Party Shop gumball machine one) are completely & utterly CREEPEE!!!
