I'm kind of reluctant to see this. I really enjoyed the originals. They just had great realism in them .

I'll watch it anyway.

It's so awesome. Highly recommend checking it out in theaters - it's meant to be seen big and loud. There's also about 20 different things in it that made me go "COOOL!"

Also, I was listening to that song the other day at work on my headphones. Most intense typing ever.

I dunno, I was disappointed. Insanely cool looking movie, but the plot is pretty weak. I would love to have seen Immortan Joe's character given a bit of backstory. It felt like a 2 hour trailer, but the movie never started. I guess I expected too much based on the 98% fresh rating on RT. Wasn't overly violent for Rated R either

Guy on the guitar was awesome, and the last 20 minutes was pretty cool, but I didn't care about any of the characters at all.

Rot, you will definitely dig the look of the film.

i think about Max Rockatansky a lot. he's real to me. he's out there roaming around the bad lands, lost forever because he doesn't belong to anyone, anymore. those he belonged to have all died. i hear people say, he went out into the dust to repent for his sins, nahhhh, he went out into the dust because he's dead now. he's a ghost. & sometimes, he comes back from the dead, to visit the living, helping them find their way home. & then he fades away...again. because, max can never go home. he's sorta like sam beckett from quantum leap, he just keeps jumping, never to return home tho, so others can.

George Miller has kinda done the impossible he went back in time & picked right up with another day in the life of Max. like NO joke, he TRULY went back to the same days of Max. George himself, has said, how haunting it was to look up & see (Tom Hardy) Max again. he said, if felt like all those years away had never passed, he was still there with Max. he also said, finding a new actor to fill max's boots was going to be tough. he had to find the lovable misfit that we root for, all over again & i believe he did just that with the casting off Tom Hardy. (how is that possible--to channel sometime & actually find them again, without seeming like a lower grade copy or whatever?)...George Miller knows.

somehow, George Miller was able to take all the different stories of broken souls, chaos & maddddd excellent camera work & make ONE of the most cohesive & coherent films ever, i don't know how he was able to do it & SO gracefully as well, but he did.

i think basically, Fury Road is a story of hope & redemption. No one in the story would be able to reach their goal without pulling together & being a team. Max & Imperator Furiosa are prime examples. everyone is so broken, lost, looking for their freedom, a place to call home. even Nux, just a kid, never knowing kindness or love, has turned him into a mindless villain, But with hope, anything's possible, even change. i say, Fury Road is a movie for everyone, especially the ladies. George Miller's ladies are strong, beautiful (inside & out, all ages) brave warriors. his love of & belief in women, totally made my day!!.<3333333

not often can a film slide across the lines of genre & be compared to other movies. But, Fury Road is one those of those Perfect movies that i would & do stand up against ANY other great & classic film...a few of my Favourites are::Taxi Driver..Blow-Up..Rosemary's Baby..Fight Club..In the Mood for Love..Greed..Snatch ....all very different masterpieces & i now put Fury Road in that category too.

&&&&&&&&OMGGGGGG...SOOOOOOO much FUN to see, Hugh Keays-Byrne (the Toecutter) back as Immortan Joe!!!!...hahahaha..Love!!!. i'm hoping if George Miller gets to do another day in the Life of Max, maybe Hugh will portray a different villain Orrrrrrr maybe, Vernon Wells (Wez) will take over the villain reins!!!...Oh & love the vechiles, especially the Flintsones flavoured one!!!..hahahaa...Right On!!!...This movie is just SO fucking Badassssss...i am SO happy we saw it for the first time in 3D..what a fuel injected suicide it was!!!. we'll defintely to going back to catch it again.!!!.

THANK YOU George Miller for bringing that Raggity Man BACK to me. YOU ARE God to me now!!!...YOU Know secrets!!!..<333333333
