Invented a cocktail for the season (and for to-go cups). Should be good warmed up, but we've only done a chilled version.
The Autumn in Manhattan:
4 ounces apple cider
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce Sherry
1 ounce Ploughman's The Plenum (apple & cherry vermouth)

Holy smokes - two of those and I will be smashed.
Definitely sounds tasty!!! Terry over @ Cemetery Gate Productions years ago gave me a recipe for my first Halloween party. It was as follows:
Apple cider 1 liter
A fifth of captain Morgan's spiced rum,
Take a small bit of cider and add one bag of red hots and simmer on low in a sauce pan to melt the redhots. Then add the rest to a crock pot and heat on low and serve. Over the years I've modified this recipe with whole cloves and cinnamon, and even served chilled in a hallowed out 🎃
That sounds amazing!
Lady M, serve those and then head to a haunted attraction. ; )
