Here's a page where I sketched out the Ghost Dead concept back in 2007. A funny little note on the next page said "blue lights in chests?" That would have been neat.

The ink gives a nice feel to the images. One of my favorite mediums to work in.
Have you posted other sketches of yours on this site? If not, why not? I'm kinda sorta nosey when it comes to peoples' sketchbooks. :) I find them fascinating. Thanks for letting us take a peek.
I don't normally sketch my haunt ideas out in any detail. Usually just one crude image when the idea pops into my mind. Then it turns into a shopping list of supplies. My sketchbook is very boring and filled with lists.
Sometimes I'll feel bold and draw Halloween stuff like these two sketches:

Put some of those on canvas; create your art in a different medium. Explore and open doors!
YOU'RE the one who drew that??
You must make a book! You must! Do it or I will pelt you with candy-corn and the bones of small animals!
The house in the first image reminds me of some scary shack in the backwoods.....a la Wrong Turn or Deliverance.
These are so neat, thanks for showing!
The scarecrow in this painting looked familiar to me; have a look.

Thanks for the heads up on that, FMI.
I notice she's using that image on her site and offering prints for sale. I have no problem with people having fun with my images, but cite the source and don't try to pass it off as your own. And certainly don't SELL it. I shot her an email.
Thanks for the kind words, everybody. : ) Glad you dig my sketches.
You should draw more often, and I'll take a large iced cafe mocha. ;)
Love the sketches Rot.. ill email you some of my favorite sketches sometime. My buddy is a helluva artist, he draws them and he usually gives out reprints..
