I came across the below photo from the Stonybrook Haunted House and just stared.
I have longed to be an organized Haunter, but it just was never in the cards for me. My bins look more like mini dumpsters. And my miles of cords and lights look more like:
I swear it's something I'm working on.

I got the garage cleaned up of the last haunt paraphernalia today, including the dismantling of our mini-mausoleum prop, so we can get our cars in for the winter. But for all intents and purposes, I simply moved the mess to the basement. 😬
I got everything organized and labelled this year with a list of what is in every tote. If I don't, this addled brain of mine completely forgets what the hell I own and where the hell it is. Just an old fart coping strategy.
Me too! Every year I say I'm gonna weed out what I no longer want, organize the bins and label them. We've been haunting now for about 14 years and it hasn't happened yet.
Ditto! If i had money, I'd pay somebody to JUST light my haunt.
I can SOOOOO relate to this....especially the extension cords, the bane of my Halloween existence.
haha...exactly. When that moment comes to do the wiring, I slide open the garage door, and my eyes find the green bins, and I always let out a long sad sound.
