It's all good Lisa. I have to admit....I love glitter :) I saw this earlier and thought....I'd like to do that. We're having a vintage halloween party this year and it'll go perfectly!
I had a roommate who did this one time. Got to admit, they looked good. But there was orange glitter all over our apartment literally until we moved out a year and a half later.
...also I found out later she shoplifted the glitter. Because obviously this was that crucial. Ugh.
I looked up the word glitter...seems it's been used in artwork since man has been on the earth.
Crushed insects were an early form.
During the christmas season, people at work will put stuff with glitter up all over the place. I always seem to end up looking in the mirror when I get home, and I'll have glitter on my face. Loathsome are the friends who don't tell you when something is on your face.
I thought it would be fun to make a blue and silver glittery wreath for our front door for winter a few years back. That lasted for about a whole week. Glitter shook off it every time we opened the door. It looked like Martha Stewart had exploded in our entryway. Damn glitter...

Glitter is the STD of the craft world. Once you get it, You have it for life. It gets on every freaking thing.
